With over 20 years of experience in project management, architecture and construction, David B. Diaz brings a breadth of experience and leadership to Solutions Builder. 

 

He is responsible for business development, client relationship management and project delivery with an emphasis on ground-up developments and construction, interior build-outs, building renovations and capital improvements.

David has overseen over $2 billion in ground up construction including 2020 Ponce - a 14-story office condominium in Coral Gables, Opera Tower - a 56-story residential skyscraper in Miami, Panorama - a 85-story mixed use skyscraper in Miami's Downtown Brickell District, PortMiami Parking Garage K and Passenger Cruise Terminal 25 at Port Everglades.

He also has overseen over $500 million in interior build-outs, building renovations and capital improvements.

David received his Masters Degree in

Architecture from Florida International

University and is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor.

Jennifer worked almost 20 years in the field of Education, working with thousands of students and parents across the span of her career. 

 

She is responsible for developing a number of renown international and national initiatives in her field, including the implementation of the Cambridge International Program in three high schools.  Jennifer's last position in Education was as the opening middle school administrator for a highly renown municipally run charter school.  Before her departure from education, the middle school was recognized by Niche Rankings as the #1 middle school in the tri-county area and #4 in the state of Florida.

Jennifer brings a high level of experience in organizational structure and operational management and is responsible for ensuring the financial and operational goals are met with each client.

Jennifer received her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Florida International University.

With over 25 years of experience in project management, architecture and construction, Judy brings subject matter expertise and executive level leadership to Solutions Builder.

​

She is responsible for client relationship management and project delivery with an emphasis on capital improvements, headquarters and hospitality renovations.

​

Judy has overseen over $1 billion in hospitality centered ground construction and renovations projects. Judy has a diverse background in the real-estate industry, leading large-scale development and construction projects from $10-$400 million, with a strong portfolio in the hospitality market that include clients such as Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, The Don CeSar, Loew's Hotels & Resorts, Sheraton, Grand Plaza, Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, and iFLY.

She also has overseen $800 million and 5M+ SF of corporate campuses and interiors to Fortune 500 clients.

​

Judy received her Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University.  She is LEED certified and holds a Project Management Professional certificate from the Project Management Institute.

Tyler joins the Solutions Builder team with extensive experience in Property Management Services.  As Assistant Project Manager, he is tasked to provide ancillary support to project delivery and business development.

 

Tyler has overseen properties totaling over 370,000 square feet, including the historical 1688 Meridian, a Morris Lapidus building.  

 

His relationships with his tenants and building owners were instrumental in ensuring the operational performance of each building was completed successfully.  In addition, Tyler has a vast background in accounting and oversaw capital projects in each building he supervised.

 

Tyler received his Master’s Degree from Liberty University.  He is also registered as both a Community Association Manager and Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida.

Charles has an extensive background in commercial construction projects, including specialization in historic renovations and restorations. 

 

His most notable projects include Young Audience Charter School, an interior renovation of a historic and former Coca-Cola Factory and Morial Convention Center.  Charles' most recent project, Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women, was a $138,000,000 ground-up project comprising 14 structures and spanning 52 acres. 

 

Charles is currently responsible for overseeing the University of Miami's latest project - Centennial Village.    

 

Charles received his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.

Daniel has a strong foundation in managing large scale construction projects all while focusing his efforts on compliance in the area of safety regulation.

Daniel has overseen a large scope of commercial and residential construction projects throughout South Florida.  His strong coordination in scheduling and procurement brings a unique perspective to the SBI Team.  His latest project included multiple garden-style multi-family properties.

​

Daniel received his Bachelor's of Science Degree from Saint Michael's College and is CMIT/CMAA Certified.  In addition, he is completing a certification program specializing in Construction Project Management from Columbia University.

Alex is a highly driven and competitive individual with a strong background in professional sports, particularly as a former pitcher for the Miami Marlins and Chicago White Sox organizations. With extensive experience in the minor leagues, Alex has joined the SBI team to work under high-pressure environments and the ability to meet and exceed performance goals. Alex is a dedicated team player, having contributed to fostering a positive team atmosphere for SBI and its clients.

In addition to his athletic experience, Alex has worked in the hospitality industry which honed his ability to interact with guests and manage logistical operations efficiently.  His structured approach to giving client's a personalized approach to project development is essential to SBI's success.
